Music Monday: Desmond and the Tutus

While taking the MetroRail down to the False Bay coastline with friends, one of them struck up a conversation about surf rentals with a couple of guys sitting nearby in our train car.  As it turns out, they were in a band and had a show in Cape Town that evening.  That chance encounter is how I came to know the band Desmond and the Tutus.  They have a fun, peppy, upbeat sound, and you can follow them on Facebook or Twitter to find out where they're playing next.
