South Africa's Biodiversity of Plants

Loving the diversity of plant life in South Africa. Why is biodiversity so important, you ask? All organisms are interacting with one another. Some of them need each other and some of them eat what others decompose into, and they, plus the physical environment form our ecosystem. The interdependence between organisms can another can vary and change over time. The more variety, the better the ecosystem can adapt to outside influences and ultimately, flourish.
